Initiative Overview
The Women Digital Leadership Initiative is designed to create a network of 10 women digital leaders across several villages who will drive technology adoption and innovation in their communities. This program recognizes that women are often the key decision-makers in households and communities, making them powerful agents of digital transformation.
Participants receive advanced training in emerging technologies, leadership skills, and entrepreneurship. The program includes mentorship from successful women in tech, access to funding opportunities, and ongoing support for launching digital initiatives in their communities.
Our goal is to create a multiplier effect where each trained woman leader goes on to train and empower others, creating a sustainable network of digital champions across the country.
